Legal bases for processing on this website

Where you have given consent, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR for special categories). Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Where data is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also process data where necessary for a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The relevant legal basis in each case is indicated in the following sections.

Recipients of personal data

In the course of our operations we work with various external parties. In some cases this involves transmission of personal data to them. We only pass personal data to external parties where necessary for contract performance, where we are legally obliged to do so, where we have a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or where another legal basis permits it. Withdrawal of your consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal is not affected.

Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation; this includes profiling based on those provisions. If you object, we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

This is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time. The right to restriction exists in particular: (1) if you contest the accuracy of your data – we then need time to verify it; (2) if the processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction to deletion; (3) if we no longer need the data but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; (4) if you have objected under Art. 21(1) GDPR – pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override yours. Where processing has been restricted, the data may, apart from storage, only be processed with your consent or for legal claims, or for important public interest reasons.
